■   2001，Don Cero is a private company which was founded in 2001, the main business is exporting and manufacturing measuring tools as well as cutting tools, machine accessories. The initial registration capital is RMB500,000 and be increased to RMB 5,000,000 in 2005.

■   2003，built up the logistical center and calibration lab in Qingpu (shanghai) Industrial Park. DAI (Shanghai) gauge manufacturing Co.,ltd was set up dedicating to DIN gauges production in the same year.

■   2006，registered the trade mark.

■   2008，set up a trade company for import and export business - Don cero (shanghai) industrial Co,. Ltd.  In the same year, another factory in Chongqing city was established- Doncero (Chongqing) tools manufacturing Co., ltd.

■   2009，Doncero (shanghai) industrial Co., ltd to be the exclusive agent in China of STABILA Messgeraete Gustav Ullrich GmbH, a top German manufacturer of construction measuring tools in worldwide.

■   2010，we merged the high quality hole cutting tools manufacturer- Xi`an Gaoxiao Tools Factory and established a new company Shannxi Gaoxiao tools manufacturing Co., ltd.

■   2011，Don cero (shanghai) industrial Co,. ltd becomes FREI’s (Germany) exclusive agent in China, top manufacturer in the field of steering control system for power-driven forklift in the world.

■   2012，we expanded and updated the logistical center to make it more functional and efficient in terms of goods storage, quality control, product packaging and delivery etc.
