Large-LCD Stainless Steel Fractional Digital Calipers

This two-button digital caliper family combines metric, decimal-inch and fractional-inch readings on a large LCD. Three stainless steel models cover 150 mm / 6", 200 mm / 8" and 300 mm / 12" measuring ranges for workshop and inspection use.

Detailed Description

The caliper has a stainless steel beam, a metal display housing and a large digital screen. Its two controls provide mm/in/F unit selection and zero setting, allowing decimal metric, decimal-inch and fractional-inch readings. A thumb roller supports controlled slider movement, while the square depth rod extends the tool to depth measurements.

The 3 V battery compartment includes a screw lock and uses an insulating tab during storage and transport. Each caliper includes an installed battery specified to comply with IEC 60086, an English instruction sheet, an accuracy inspection report and a Phillips screwdriver. The silver face film can be customized, the tail can carry a customer logo, and the rear of the beam can be marked with a serial number.

Selection Advice

Select the 150 mm / 6" model for general bench and handheld inspection, the 200 mm / 8" model for medium-size components, or the 300 mm / 12" model when additional reach is required. Resolution describes the smallest displayed increment and does not establish measurement accuracy; accuracy is not specified for these models. Choose this digital fractional format when quick unit conversion and an LCD are preferred. A manual vernier or dial caliper may suit users who do not need electronic display, while a micrometer is generally considered when a different measurement method or finer indication is required.

FAQ

What is the difference between the three models?

The models differ in measuring range: 150 mm / 6", 200 mm / 8" and 300 mm / 12". Their listed resolution and principal construction features are the same.

Does resolution represent the caliper's accuracy?

No. Resolution is the smallest displayed increment. Accuracy is a separate performance specification and is not specified for these models.

Which reading modes are available?

The display supports millimetres, decimal inches and fractional inches through the mm/in/F function, with fractional indication to 1/128".

Is a battery included?

Yes. One 3 V battery is installed, with an insulating tab used during storage and transport. The battery is specified to comply with IEC 60086.

What customization is documented?

The silver face film can be customized, the tail can be printed with a customer logo, and a customer serial number can be marked on the rear of the beam.

What is included in the package?

The package includes the caliper, an English instruction sheet, an accuracy inspection report and a Phillips screwdriver, packed in a transparent bag, updated blue plastic case, colour box and 0.45 mm blister insert.
